UHM Vacation is set to debut on the SME platform today, with its shares reflecting cautious investor sentiment as indicated by the absence of a grey market premium (GMP). The Rs 36.02 crore IPO, which was open for subscription from June 4 to June 8, saw modest investor demand compared to other recent SME offerings.
The IPO comprised a fresh issue of Rs 29.04 crore and an offer-for-sale worth Rs 6.97 crore. It was subscribed 2.36 times overall, with the retail investor portion receiving the strongest response at 3.86 times subscription. However, the non-institutional investor (NII) category was subscribed to only 0.86 times, while the qualified institutional buyer (QIB) portion was subscribed just once.
Incorporated in 2009, UHM Vacation operates as a B2B travel and tourism aggregator, offering services such as airline tickets, hotel bookings, and holiday packages through a single technology platform. The company serves travel agencies and corporate travel managers across India and GCC countries.
Financially, UHM Vacation reported revenue of Rs 45.29 crore for the period ended February 2026, up from Rs 40.20 crore in FY25. Profit after tax increased to Rs 8.05 crore from Rs 7.18 crore a year earlier. The company plans to use the fresh issue proceeds for capital expenditure, marketing, working capital, and general corporate purposes.
With subscription levels remaining relatively low and the GMP indicating no premium, investors will be closely watching whether UHM Vacation's financial performance and asset-light, technology-driven business model can support gains after listing or if the stock will see a muted debut on the SME platform.
