The IPO comprised a fresh issue of 43.34 crore shares, priced between Rs 57 and Rs 60 per share. The proceeds are primarily aimed at reducing the company's debt burden.

Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) showed the most interest, subscribing to 1.85 times their reserved shares. Retail investors and Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) subscribed to 96% and 98% of their portions, respectively. JM Financial Ltd. served as the book-running lead manager, while KFin Technologies Ltd. was appointed as the registrar for the issue.

The company plans to allocate Rs 2,250 crore of the IPO proceeds towards repaying and/or prepaying certain borrowings. This debt reduction strategy is expected to strengthen Horizon Industrial Parks' balance sheet by lowering outstanding financial obligations and associated interest costs. Any remaining funds may be used for general corporate purposes.

Horizon Industrial Parks reported a 75% year-on-year increase in total income, rising from Rs 439.35 crore in FY25 to Rs 767.84 crore in FY26. However, the company's net loss widened to Rs 203 crore in FY26 from Rs 178 crore in FY25, indicating ongoing profitability challenges.

Incorporated in 2009 and backed by Blackstone Group, Horizon Industrial Parks is India's largest industrial and logistics infrastructure developer, owner, and operator by total network. The company owns 45 logistics and industrial assets across 10 major Indian cities, totaling 58.01 million square feet.
