Cube Highways Trust InvIT is launching a book-built issue worth Rs 5,000 crore, consisting of an offer-for-sale of 32.89 crore units. The price band for the issue is set at Rs 151–Rs 152 per unit, with allotment expected to be finalised on July 29, 2026, and listing on NSE and BSE on August 3, 2026.
Investors can apply in lots of 95 units, with a minimum investment of Rs 14,440 at the upper price band. Kotak Mahindra Capital Co. Ltd. is the Book Running Lead Manager, while KFin Technologies Ltd. serves as the registrar. Established in March 2022, Cube Highways Trust is sponsored by Cube Highways and Infrastructure V Pte. Ltd., focusing on acquiring and managing road and infrastructure assets across India. As of March 31, 2026, the Trust's portfolio includes 27 road assets spanning approximately 8,754 lane kilometres.
The Trust recorded a total income of Rs 2,922.09 crore in FY26, a 38.7% increase from FY25. Profit After Tax rose to Rs 1,422.89 crore, marking a 42.3% growth. This financial performance underscores the Trust's strong operational efficiency and asset management.
